Shyank Dev offers app development services, including but not limited to design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile and web applications.

Termination generally covers in each contract but if not decided at the time of contract signing then Shyank Dev reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action arising out of or related to these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.
